This beautiful beach has been featured on television, magazines, and travel books all around the world. If you’ve ever laid eyes on this gorgeous sun-kissed area, you know that the hype and promotion around this beach are well-warranted. Not only is this beach in a prime location in South Florida, the fact that it’s a legally-sanctioned clothing optional beach makes it a fantastic place to enjoy the freedom that nude sunbathing and swimming allow.
Great beach!! Coming from the upper northeast, on the first of May, I was a little unprepared for the heat. Fortunately, with some help from some regulars, I was able to get an umbrella and a chaise lounge. The uninhibited walk into the water was fantastic. I tell all my friends that this experience has to be on their bucket list. I can’t wait to go back.
My gf & I gathered up some of her classmates and headed down to see if the famous Haulover Beach was as great as we’d heard, and we were not dissapointed! Any anxiety some of the girls had with being naked quickly dissapeared as soon as we met and experienced the really cool people we met on the beach, at the volleyball courts, and at the Cafe’. We surfed, sunbathed, picnic’ed, and had a blast before going back to our hotel, dressed up, and hitting Miami Beach’s clubs. Hard to describe the freedom you feel being sans clothes! Its addicting. We will definitely be back soon!
